Getting a «Missing File Privileges» error when downloading a mod

Hi guys, I’ve got a problem here. I’m trying to install a mod (Pokemon Evolved Alpha Build 1.30 by Mystic Academy and hmind) for ARK Survival Evolved, but i keep getting the «Missing file privileges». now i’ve gone to where the problem is located, and found out that i can’t access any of the files in that mod. i’ve tried to give the harddrive itself write and change permissions (because i guess i didn’t have those permission anymore) it fixed most of the problem, but i keep getting this error that i am missing file privileges. i honestly don’t know what to do anymore. i would love it if anyone maybe knows how to fix this?
